ABOUT ME 

Welcome. If you’re here, we were meant to connect. 

​I am a Reiki Master, mindfulness meditation teacher, poet and painter passionate about living a life of service.

Many individuals have commented that they have felt at ease with me upon first meeting.

​Communication and active listening are key, and have been instrumental in allowing me to form trusting relationships with my clients.

My work, both as an artist and healer are inspired by the beauty of the mundane, the resilience and complexity of the human spirit and the natural world around me.

The Earth's dance through the seasons is reminiscent of the ways we move and grow

through the ever changing shape of our lives.

Our energetic frequencies are connected to the drum of our planet, our solar system and to each other.

​Though technology has given us the ability to connect with people worldwide, loneliness has reached epidemic proportions. When we feel connected to one another we thrive, our immunity is strengthened, we have a greater sense of purpose and life feels richer. I endeavour to create community through meditation gatherings, writing workshops and reiki courses.​Together we can heal, we can grow and we can create a community where kindness and compassion come
